This policy applies to FieldScribe, SchoolSignal, LeakLedger, IncidentPad, CareRelay, ClaimMatch, GigMargin, IEP Vault, CoCal Evidence, FoodTruck Ready, CertPulse Vendor, HireCheck Gear, GaugeDue, CountTrail Warehouse, ChangeProof T&M, ReceiveRight QC, ConsignSplit Shop, DockTime Detention, RenewNotice, and MeterShare Utilities (the “Apps”).
What we collect
We do not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, location history, contacts, or the records you create. The Apps do not require an account and do not contain advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
On-device records
Records are stored locally in each App’s private container and are protected by iOS file protection. Except for the optional iCloud features described below, they leave the App only when you choose an iOS Share action. Deleting an App removes its local data unless it is restored through an Apple-controlled device backup.
Optional iCloud sync and sharing
This section applies only to CoCal Evidence and LeakLedger. Those Apps can sync records through Apple CloudKit when you are signed in to iCloud. Those Apps keep an offline copy and remain usable when sync is unavailable. If you invite another person to a workspace, Apple makes the selected CloudKit records available to the participants you approve. We do not operate a separate records server, receive a copy of those records, or use them for analytics or advertising. Apple processes iCloud data under your Apple Account and iCloud terms. You can stop workspace sharing in the App; iCloud data and backups can also be managed in Apple’s iCloud settings.
New business apps
CertPulse Vendor, HireCheck Gear, GaugeDue, CountTrail Warehouse, ChangeProof T&M, ReceiveRight QC, ConsignSplit Shop, DockTime Detention, RenewNotice, and MeterShare Utilities store their records and optional photos locally in version 1.0. They do not use Apple Cloud, Google Cloud, external AI, analytics, advertising, or paid API services. A record or export leaves an App only when you choose an iOS Share action.
CareRelay health records
CareRelay stores care handoffs only in its private on-device container. It does not store care records in iCloud. A record leaves CareRelay only when you explicitly choose an iOS Export action.
Camera and text recognition
SchoolSignal, ClaimMatch, and IEP Vault can use the camera after you tap Scan. Apple Vision processes scanned text on the device. The Apps do not upload scanned pages or recognized text to us.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and restores. We receive sales and financial reports from Apple, but the Apps do not receive your payment-card details.
Children
These products are organizational tools for adults and professionals. They are not directed to children. Use initials and the minimum identifying information appropriate for your situation.
Changes
If an App’s data practices change, this page will be updated before the change is released. The effective date above identifies the current version.
